Where Am I

For those of you who have been following my blog
forgive me for not keeping up, being a slug
with words and pen, but I’ve been digging holes
and pouring cement, laying blocks and building walls
so that I can complete my outdoor projects and
restart my Jesuit novel, upon my vow, to begin again
Sept. 1. The smoke rising to the clouds
you will see is from me, burning up the keyboard,
cheers and love to you. Hugs too.

(And fear not, I will be birthing and bloggin poems.)
